[Commission] Siren of the Deep

This piece is a full-body digital painting commission I did of a D&D character for TharzidunTheMadSpiralGod on Twitch, as a gift for PixiePaffgen, one of his players. This character is a siren who 'uses her wiles to get what she wants', therefore I was asked to create an inviting look whilst not being too overtly seductive.
Underwater scenes are a challenge I am still learning how to master, and full body paintings are not something I usually offer to the public - so this piece in particular was a very difficult one to complete. However, it was a fantastic learning opportunity, as I haven't attempted to draw a full merperson underwater in years and especially not to this degree of detail.

For this commission I merged the rough sketch phase and the colour planning phase - this is because underwater scenes have a specific colour scheme that I was not initially familiar with painting, and so it was important for me to test it first.

After sending and completing the transaction, I noticed a few details I could have added in another program. So I made some additional edits of my own, learning how to make a better underwater atmosphere in my work.
